Hosting an interview at Disrupt NY 2015.

Most people will probably know me for my work as a deal partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where I worked with Chris Dixon. I spent two years finding and backing companies working on emerging computing platforms in a variety of domains, including:

  • virtual and augmented reality

  • machine learning

  • autonomous vehicles

  • drones and robotics

  • quantum computing

  • cryptocurrencies and decentralized infrastructure

In August 2017 I joined Skydio, an Andreessen Horowitz portfolio company, as a product marketing manager. In April 2018 I also started wearing a business development hat at Skydio, leading discussions with partners around building commercial solutions with autonomous flying robots.

Before joining the world of venture capital and startups directly, I was writing about technology businesses – you can find my work on Business Insider, TechCrunch, and elsewhere.

I'm very active on Twitter. You can follow what I'm reading on Goodreads.
